There are two ways to contact a therapist via Zencare:
- Schedule a free 10min call by selecting a time for the therapist to call you and entering your contact information. This is a good option if you're considering setting up an in-person appointment and want to discuss if they are a good fit. Read more about how to prepare for an initial call.
- Send a message via email by clicking “Email Therapist” under the calendar on a therapist’s profile. This is a good option if you want to ask the therapist a question before having a call or if you want to be added to a waitlist. Note, email is not a secure means of communication and the Zencare team will receive a copy of your message in order to ensure the fastest response from the therapist.
