My therapist didn’t call at the scheduled time, what happens now?

Oh no! Your therapist should call within 15min of the scheduled time. If they don’t, let us know by emailing hello@zencare.co, and we’ll ask them to contact you before the end of the next business day. Therapists often leave a voice message if they can’t reach you, so try checking your messages, too!
